A place to reconnect

with your creativity in community

Who We Are

The Presence Practise is a Brisbane-based creative wellbeing studio delivering arts-based workshops, corporate wellbeing programs, and community experiences designed to strengthen connection, creativity, and emotional resilience.

We work with organisations, teams, and individuals seeking meaningful approaches to employee wellbeing, workplace culture, and community engagement. Our offerings sit at the intersection of creative facilitation, wellbeing education, and social connection, providing an accessible, non-clinical alternative to traditional wellness and therapy services.

And it’s not a typical art class.

It’s preventative mental health through creative practice — designed to help you feel better before things get overwhelming.

  • No pressure to perform

  • No expectation to be “creative”

  • No need to share anything you don’t want to

Just space to show up as you are.

What you’ll gain:

  • Feel calmer and more regulated

  • Reconnect with your creativity

  • Build confidence in self-expression

  • Experience meaningful connection

  • Develop a creative habit that supports your wellbeing

For people who are:

  • Feeling lonely or disconnected

  • Burnt out or overwhelmed

  • Looking for creative things to do in Brisbane

  • Wanting to meet like-minded people

  • Curious about creativity but don’t know where to start
